1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received and accepted.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States and may offer shipping to additional destinations where permitted.

Shipping availability may change at any time without notice.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • carrier delays,

  • weather conditions,

  • holidays,

  • customs or regulatory issues,

  • incorrect shipping information,

  • or other events beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, shipping method selected, order weight, and any applicable promotions.

Any delivery dates provided are estimates only.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, delivery issues may be outside of our control.

Le Saltier / Oh La La Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim or contacting the carrier where appropriate.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number,

  • photos of the damaged package,

  • photos of the damaged product.

We will review the issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Order Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, governmental actions, public health events, or supply chain disruptions.
