At Le Saltier, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you experience an issue with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
We may accept return requests for unopened and unused products only if:

the return request is made within 14 days of delivery,

the item is in its original, sealed condition,

the product has not been damaged, altered, or improperly stored after delivery.
All return requests must be approved in advance by our customer service team.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

opened food products,

used or partially used items,

items returned without prior authorization,

products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery,

sale, clearance, or promotional items, unless required by applicable law.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

clear photos of the product and packaging.
If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or shipped in error, we may, at our discretion:

issue a replacement,

issue a store credit,

or provide a refund to the original payment method.
4. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product.
5. Return Shipping
If a return is approved for an unopened product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

an incorrect item sent by us,

a damaged product,

or a confirmed product defect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for any approved return.
6. Refused Deliveries and Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, returned as undeliverable, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may deduct original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any related handling fees from the refund, where permitted by law.
